The guide price per m² is a starting point for our discussion. Are cheaper PVC floors of lower quality?
Not necessarily. The price depends on the pattern, the collection and the work involved. A simple wood-effect floor may fall into a lower price range than herringbone or chevron. The quotation specifies the price for your floor.
How much does preparation work cost extra?
Removing old flooring: €8 to €12 per m², including disposal. Levelling: €10 to €25 per m², depending on the layer thickness. Stairs: €75 to €125 per step. A moisture barrier is only applied if the moisture test shows it is needed; its price depends on the system. All additional costs are stated on your quotation in advance.
What is the difference between PVC flooring prices in Amsterdam and other cities?
The price per m² is the same. In the city centre, parking and loading can involve extra costs; we discuss how to arrange this during the on-site measurement and include it on your quote.
