We get in touch personally.
Together we clarify what you need.Telephone advice and video consultations are free of charge. We discuss your requirements and what information is still needed. Would you like to view samples or visit us? Then we coordinate what is possible. An enquiry via the website is not yet a confirmed appointment.

View samples. Assess the space.
From a look and feel to a practical choice.We look at colour and texture using real samples. We discuss measurements, subfloor, underfloor heating and any removal of the existing floor. An on-site assessment is free if you purchase the floor from us. If you decide not to go ahead with us, the visit costs €150.

You receive a written quotation.
Clear on what is included.The quotation brings together the chosen material and the agreed work. Check what is included, which terms apply and which points are still open. Anything unclear? Discuss it with us before giving your approval.

Approval and preparation.
Agree on the details. Then start the work.Once you give the go-ahead, we finalise the installation and preparation details with you. This includes access to the property, clearing the room and what happens to the existing floor. We confirm the schedule and arrangements together.

Fitting and a final check together.
A floor you use every day.The work follows the agreed plan. Upon completion, we walk through the floor and finish with you and discuss the use and care of the chosen product. We make any specific points of attention clear.

Am I ordering a floor when I submit an enquiry?
No. You are requesting contact, advice, samples or a quotation. You only approve a concrete proposal once the chosen floor, work and arrangements are clear.
Can I request samples?
Let us know which styles you would like to see. We will discuss which samples are available and how you can view them. Samples are free. Postage costs €4,95; we bring them along free of charge during your on-site assessment. We confirm availability with you.
I do not know the floor area yet. Can I still get started?
Yes. Feel free to leave the floor area blank and tell us what you do know. We will discuss which measurements are needed before finalising the quotation and installation.
What is included in the quotation?
The chosen floor, quantity, work, price and VAT, payment terms and applicable conditions. Preparation, finishing and any removal should also be clearly stated. Ask for clarification if anything is missing or still open.
Is a showroom visit booked straight away?
A request to visit is not yet a booking. Get in touch to coordinate your visit and sample viewing.
