What an enquiry is and is not
An enquiry via this site is not an order and not a signed agreement. We get in touch to discuss materials, pricing and installation. You do not receive an instant price here.
The guide price on the site runs from €70 to €95 per m², including VAT and fitting. The quotation following that consultation is binding. 15-year warranty on the installation work, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the material. The terms and conditions are included in your quote.
Showroom: By appointment only. An appointment lasts 60 minutes. Available by phone: Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 10:00 - 17:00.
Samples are free. Postage costs €4,95; we bring them along free of charge during your on-site assessment. We confirm sizing and availability with you. A sample is for comparison, not a confirmed delivery.
Telephone advice and video consultations are free of charge. An on-site assessment is free if you purchase the floor from us. If you decide not to go ahead with us, the visit costs €150.
Service area: Amsterdam and the wider Amsterdam area. For projects further afield, we assess on a case-by-case basis whether we can take them on properly. Scheduling after approval: usually within 2 to 4 weeks after approval.
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT details are not listed on this site. You can request them via hello@pvcvloer.net.
